By completing this application, you confirm that you have read, understood and retained a copy of conditions of sale available at https://linitx.com/info/terms_business including the retention of title clause and agree to trade in accordance with these conditions for any goods supplied. You accept that title to all goods supplied will remain vested in Multithread Consultants Ltd until all amounts outstanding on any account have been paid in full and understand that we reserve the right to apply charges in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 which means that interest will accrue on any amounts due and that a Compensatory Fee will be charged in respect of any overdue invoices. The statutory rate of interest is set at 8% plus the Bank of England base rate for business-to-business transactions. By signing this application, you also agree to Multithread Consultants Ltd making enquiries with credit references agencies and other third parties with regard to your business and its owners/directors. We may also disclose information about the conduct of your account to credit reference agencies and other third parties. The information obtained from or provided to credit reference agencies or other third parties may be used when assessing further applications for credit terms, for debt collection, for trading and or fraud prevention. Multithread Consultants Ltd may, at their discretion, seek further assurances and/or guarantees in support of your application for credit facilities. Completion and submission of this application does not guarantee that credit facilities will be offered.
